All PORSCHE weekend L.A. 3/1/13
Looking forward to meeting with friends from near and far for the L.A. PORSCHE weekend.
Weekend starts off with open houses at various shops around So. Cal. On Friday the 1st of March. Saturday the Literature show at L.A. X Hilton. Look out for Ben and myself, we will have a table of vintage parts and accessories for sale along with Lou's Metal Shaping. Sunday All Porsche swap meet/ car show at Phoenix club Anaheim.
Early 911S coffee
Met up with Ben,Carlos and Chris Gonzales who was here from Vegas to attend last Sundays coffee with the Early S guys. A really nice right hand drive Polo Red 66 912 showed up with original Cosmic wheels and its 30 year plus owner! Photography credits go to Carlos De Alba. Nice pics man.

67 911 Speedster
Stan Townes built this Custom 911 back in the late 60's. He used a rolled over 67- 911 wreck he bought for $1500.00. The car debuted at the Oakland Roadster Show in 1971 were it received Gold! He got the lines right. The only change I would have made is to the rear wheel arch , by lowering it over the wheel a bit as in the original. The rear quarter panel looks a little to much like a AC Cobra.

A few days later the guy calls gives me the shoot info. At the shoot the guy gives me the concept info and I'm thinking this is pretty cool. My car is gonna be in a real VW print ad. Well at the end of the day he says the ads will be out around Feb. Thanks Sacha, it truly was my pleasure being a part of your project.
